Three separate panels of judges select the winners in the Top 200 Awards.

The Top 200 companies judges - Roger Kerr (Asia Pacific Risk Management), Janine Smith (The Boardroom Practice), Neil Paviour-Smith (Forsyth Barr), along with facilitating judge Reg Birchfield (RJ Media) - will select the winners of the following awards from the companies in the 2010 Top 200 Companies list:

The Responsible Governance Award is judged by Doug Matheson and Rodger Spiller with consulting judge Duncan Paterson.

Nominations are also sought for the Young Executive of the Year award. A third panel of judges - Jo Brosnahan, Helen Robinson, Reg Birchfield and Dave Larsen (2009's winner) - selects the national winner.
