GOVERNANCE IN ACTION

The Director is committed to in-depth coverage of leadership and corporate governance. It will be published bi-monthly in 2010 by Mediaweb. It is distributed as a bound-in component of NZ Management magazine.
The Director’s feature stories, case studies, interviews, personal profiles, research findings and trend analyses address the critical issues of corporate governance best practice. It is written specifically for directors and senior executives serving on, reporting to, or preparing for corporate board involvement.
The Director and NZ Management magazines are about leadership - its direction, purpose, responsibililties, quality and effectiveness. The Director will concentrate on leadership at board and director level while NZ Management will continue to focus on the information and motivational needs of middle to senior executives.
